Are you over 18 years old, you already traveled for a youth exchange or a volunteering? Are you confortable in English and French? Have you ever participated in a youth exchange as a « Youth leader », or do you plan to do so? Share your experience, reinforce your competence and discover new methods with us!

Every year, Hors Pistes hosts 15 participants for a new training session for the people who accompany groups of youngsters in our youth exchanges. The two-days training allows us to exchange, take a step back, dig, analyse and understand what it means to be a « youth leader ».
