Why choosing a Hors Pistes workshop for your group?
Our expertise
The association is made out of a team of 8 experienced trainers, each specialized in different fields (intercultural learning, language learning, social inclusion, human rights…). The team – international and intercultural – works with groups of young people and in a wide variety of contexts (middle schools, high schools, social centers, social support structures, etc.).
Non-formal education
Our trainers relies on pedagogical practices from non-formal education or active pedagogy. Non-formal education is based on a horizontal relationship between the trainer and the learners, collective decision-making, sharing among peers, and valuing learning and skills acquired in informal contexts.
The co-construction of the workshops
The workshops proposed by Hors Pistes are designed and set up following a participative process of co-construction with the structure or group that contacts us, with the objective of meeting the expectations and needs of the participants as much as possible.
