This year our team is supported by 5 volunteers very motivated! They participate actively is the activities going on in the association, go around the south of France to sensitize youth people to the benefits of an international mobility experience in a life path, facilitate diverse local workshop such as language cafes and non formal classes.

In 2011, Marlène joined the dynamics of international mobility as a volunteer in Service Civique. Graduated in the Management of European Projects, she had lived several experiences in Germany, where she became passionate about non-formal education and intercultural projects. After volunteering and working  in the Management of European Cooperation Projects, Marlène actively participated in the creation of Hors Pistes. She is now in charge of the general coordination of the association.

Célia is the administrative and financial assistant of Hors Pistes. She takes care of the association’s accounting, and helps with administrative and financial reports, as well as general administrative tasks. She also enjoys handmade work and has become an expert in changing light bulbs and various small repairs …

At university, she studied linguistics and some « exotic languages », which she put into practice during her many trips. Alice first joined the team of Hors Pistes as part of a Civic Service. She wanted to give other young people the chance to go abroad and taste the flavours of the world. She is now an employee, in charge of disseminating, making known and promoting Hors Pistes as well as the activities and missions that are proposed. She takes care of our communication!

Silvia arrived at Hors Pistes as an international volunteer, after a master’s degree in international relations for the Middle East. She integrated the exchanges and trainings  team in her new position as an employee. Silvia is particularly in charge of cooperation with international partners, the preparation and support for participants in exchanges and trainings, project development, pedagogical facilitation, and support for structures in the development of Erasmus+ projects. She also coordinates our offer of local training courses.

Clara arrived at Hors Pistes as part of an Erasmus internship for young entrepreneurs. She is now an employee in the exchanges and trainings team. In the same time, she coordinates our social inclusion projects at the local level. She is specialized in the promotion and protection of human rights, areas in which she has consolidated her working and volunteering experience within national and international NGOs and associations in Italy, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Belgium and France.

He takes advantage of his skills in development and management of international projects as a project manager. He is mainly in charge of hosting and sending international volunteers and interns. He is always ready to launch new cooperation projects in order to improve the quality of our actions. Fan of non-formal education, he is always ready to glue post-it notes.

Sosthène joined Pistes team as an employee, after having completed a Civic Service in the exchanges and training team. Now he is mainly in charge of hosting and sending international volunteers, although he continues to coordinate and facilitate exchangse and trainings projects. He is the embodiment of transversality! In parallel to his work, he studies anthropology, but basically, his job is roofer-zinger.

Cassandre is mainly in charge of hosting international volunteers in the region. She loves grant applications and reports, but her passion is to decorate her colleagues’ paper boards with sumptuous scribbles and stickers, because long before discovering the world of non-formal education, she studied Fine Arts.

Do you want to join the team ? We regularly welcome volunteers (in Civic Service or European Solidarity Corps) on missions to « promote international mobility ». We also welcome trainees on specific projects, more punctually. Come and meet us!
