How to benefit from a training adapted to your needs?

Our team will first meet with you to analyze your needs and expectations, help you define your pedagogical objectives and propose personalized sessions. 

The duration, location and number of participants will be defined together. 

All our training courses are based on participatory pedagogical methods inspired from popular education that give voice and space to the different profiles of participants: we can work in small groups, in pairs, alone or in plenary.

At the end of the training, we will accompany you in a self-evaluation and assessment of the action. 

To go further on the subject(s), our trainers will share with you tools, manuals, websites with numerous resources and, if you wish, they will offer you international training opportunities.

Examples: 

You are part of a small association and you would like to have an initiation to intercultural dialogue by participating in a workshop every week for a month.

You are part of a company and you wish to experiment the participative methods to reinforce the cohesion of your team throughout two intensive days of coaching.
